This exercise is designed to assist you determine whether or not you need coaching as well as whether it will be of benefit and therefore worth pursuing. The “Coaching Needs & Benefits Assessment Questionnaires” can be used by individuals on their own, individuals within companies and or organisations, including teams or groups of people.
It is best to choose which type of coaching you are considering and then go directly to that set of questions and points below. This is especially important as some questions are repeated within Life Coaching, Career Coaching, Leadership Coaching, and so on. For instance, if you are considering Life Coaching, go directly to the Life Coaching section.
