Performance Coaching Needs Assessment Questionnaire


Below is a series of statements and questions.


The question * to ask in respect of each point below is, “Is this something I need and or want in my life / work life / workplace?”


Output and performance of individuals, groups, teams, and companies / organisations as a whole can be dramatically improved when coaching is included in the training and development and human resources arenas.

 Want to become a high performer and bring about, build on, improve, and sustain your high performance behaviours;

 Want to build on your already existing high performance behaviours;

 Want to build on your staff members already existing high performance behaviours;

 Have a need to correct a staff members poor performance;

 Wish to improve your staff members performance;

 Want to empower your staff members to become high performers and bring about, build on, improve, and sustain their high performance behaviours;

 Need to bring about a culture within your team / group / business / organisation of high performance and high performance behaviours.
